Heaven's Hell

My favourite artist, Anthony Jones is having a kickstarter for his artbook Heaven's Hell. Looks terrific, and you should definitely check it out.

It's been a bit slow lately. Don't really know why. New Years eve was great though, met lots of neat people. Anyway, it's a new year and it already four days in. I can't believe how fast time flies. Already feeling a bit stressed out that I haven't been painting enough, but I'm going to get my shit together tomorrow and paint and do some leftover coursework from autumns classes. Gotta get those grades ya'll.

It's going to be a great year.

Ahoy Sailor! (Relatively) Quick sketch/doodle. It was fun!

Supersaturated moon.

Pleiades, first try! Did unfortunately not catch the ever so
 wonderful  gas clouds, but did capture a lot of faint stars.

Last but not least, M42, second try! Much, much much more detail this time around. Feels good.
